Service Description
* Personalized Wellness Coaching Support to help you create healthy habits and reach your wellness goals. *Chronic Condition Wellness Support Guidance for individuals working toward better management of conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. * Health Education & Resources Practical information, tools, and strategies to help you make informed health decisions. * Faith-Based Wellness Support Encouragement and whole-person wellness guidance that nurtures the connection between faith, health, and healing. (Coaching sessions are available for individuals, families, or small groups of up to three participants with similar wellness goals.)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed once the booking is completed. Clients are encouraged to arrive or be available for their scheduled appointment at the agreed-upon time. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without a fee. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 late-cancellation/no-show fee. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Waitlist Policy If the requested appointment time is unavailable, clients may join the waitlist. When an earlier appointment becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they joined. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule so that the appointment does not interfere with other scheduled clients.
