Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed once the booking is completed. Clients are encouraged to arrive or be available for their scheduled appointment at the agreed-upon time. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without a fee. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 late-cancellation/no-show fee. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Waitlist Policy If the requested appointment time is unavailable, clients may join the waitlist. When an earlier appointment becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they joined. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule so that the appointment does not interfere with other scheduled clients.
